As decided by the Committee, the volumes were released sequentially in installments, so as to enable all stake holders and interested parties from across the country to study and absorb the analysis and recommendations, and various constructive critique, observations and suggestions on each were received and considered by the Committee. The Committee is thankful for all the inputs and contributions from stakeholders.
The Committee submitted its final report to the Government in September 2018. However, many of the recommendations and reforms were adopted in parallel, at each stage when these were initiated by the Committee. The above volumes may be downloaded for review by all interested stakeholders.
